The next time you find yourself worrying, remember you are very valid to feel the way you do... Acknowledge your feelings to yourself, e.g. "I feel so worried right now...", ground and open your heart chakra to allow more love from within to enfold yourself as you feel your feelings. When it feels right, you can gently begin to start shifting your focus to lighter, more empowering thoughts!
If you believe as I do, you can remind yourself that: new resources can come to you, in unexpected, magical ways! Solutions you haven't thought of before can come to you in synchronistic, beautiful ways... You can get more done in a shorter time when you are feeling inspired! Source wants to supports you! You have an entourage of angels and guides at your fingertips who are there to make your journey lighter...etc. etc.!
Some other example statements:
- "The projections I am running in my mind are based my reality up to now...tomorrow all that can change!"
- "New resources/opportunities/insights can come to me ..."
- "I choose to trust in/that ... xxx."
- "I choose to remember that... xxx."
- "Circumstances currently don't look great -- is there anything I can do right now to make any incremental shifts towards my goals?"
As you do this, you will reduce the amount of energy you are putting into future potentials you don't want to happen or that may never come to fruition -- and instead use your energy to build momentum in creating what you DO want.
