From one of her exercises, I came up with the following expression of my own home frequency:
The sense of feeling ALIVE in every cell of my body, bursting with an ENTHUSIASM that makes me want to jump as high as I can for no reason. I felt such WONDER about life, with overflowing OPTIMISM and curiosity. From my home frequency, I had the certainty I could co-create anything I put my mind to...making me feel EXPANSIVE in the UNLIMITED possibilities! I felt so FREE and WHOLE and at PEACE...
At one point, she uses the analogy of the tuning fork, inviting us to create a sound to represent your home frequency (to have another means to access it at will). Once you identify your home frequency, it can be as simple as toggling between screens on a computer, to switch frequency states. You have a very different outlook when you are looking at life from that vibration. Note: There are some issues that are so heavy, it can quickly knock you out of your home frequency...as you continue to hold the home frequency more often, you may find some of those issues naturally falling away. Other times you may feel the need to do some special work around them to clear them.
I was walking in the park today, practicing tuning into my home frequency and it struck me that growing up, my home frequency often made others uncomfortable. And so I learned to tone it down until I lost recognition of what it was. That is the journey many of us take, until we decide to reconnect with the deepest parts of ourselves and express our soul without filter.
How would you describe your "home frequency"? I'd love to hear about it in the comments below!
