The experience was so profound and healing for me, I am doing a quick blogpost to try and convey the beautiful vibration I felt...
As I tuned into the energy field of a deer, the whole world seemed came to a standstill. I was viewing the environment around me through the eyes of a deer...the green of the trees seemed to be a bit brighter and have a sparkle to it, everything around me seemed to be a bit more enchanted...I could hear a babbling brook, the insects buzzing, a rustle in the bushes, birds chirping to one another...I could also hear the silence. I seemed to know with pinpoint accuracy where the various sounds were coming from. I felt a oneness with the environment around me, a perfection in the moment. A moment that seemed could last as long as I wanted it to. I felt everything was just right in that moment. I felt one with the beauty around me. The beauty was all around me, within me...all that was.
In the back of my mind, it dawned on me, this is what it must feel like to be truly present...that we can access the beauty vibration in the present moment...and it's available to us anytime.
Since then, whenever I want to get present, I start by tuning into the deer...Each time it becomes easier and quicker to tune into that frequency (recognize and access).
- Episode 9 of her latest Series 7: "Diving Deeper - Exploring the Wonder of You".
If you haven't already heard about Ann Albers, I would highly recommend her series "Ann and the Angels" on Streaming For the Soul (www.streamingforthesoul.com)...they are amazing! She has 7 series so far, they are 12-week 30 minute epsidoes with lots of insights, meditations, exercises, and practical tools. They are $60/series, but now Streaming for the Soul has an option to access unlimited content for $9.99/mo. I haven't taken that option yet, but am considering.
Another great exercise, is her color therapy meditation in Episode 3 of the same Series 7. I have come across different things on this topic, but this exercise was eye-opening, and provided a greater understanding of myself that was quite profound. <3
