The theme for the week ahead is "Energy Work"... whether it be a triggering event you hear about on the news, or a personal matter that comes up triggering old memories/wounds you thought were put to rest...these 'golden' opportunities will present themselves to you this week in order for you to respond to/process them in a way that is empowering to you. A way you might have wished you had done in the past, but didn't. You might see/feel as if you are watching yourself on TV as a seemingly familiar scene unfolds in front of you. And then you'll have a moment of knowing, where as the Observer you can choose how you are going to handle it this time around... <3
One way you can prepare for this, is to focus on feeling settled in your body as much as possible throughout the week. This will help you to be grounded, more consciously aware, and feeling the full extent of yourself as Spirit-in-a-body *with emphasis on your body*. As you feel more fully in your body, your mind will naturally quiet down as well.
1.) Sit comfortably in a chair with your feet flat on the floor
2.) Begin to take some deep, unhurried, cleaning breathes at your own pace
3.) With each breath, gently shift your focus to feeling the inside of your body (as if your awareness is from the inside out) -- feel the warmth of your arms, the edges of your toes, the hairs attached to your scalp, the blood at the tips of your fingers, the muscles of your body relaxing, your bones shifting more comfortably into the chair, the beat of your heart, etc. (feel free to notice what parts of your body you notice, it doesn't need to be those exact things or in that order)
4.) Any tension is releasing from you body and cells with each breath, and flowing gently down your grounding cord that's attached to the base of your spine and connected firmly to the center of the Earth.
**As you do this, you are being fully present, in your body... You might notice your mind may chatter...it's okay. Notice it's chattering and you can choose to shift your focus to a body part if you'd like or just observe your mind chatter as you feel your body too.**
5.) When you feel ready, imagine a big, bright, golden energy sun above your head--made up of pure positive Source energy--and if you'd like, you begin to fill this sun with things that specifically inspire your heart (e.g. joy, vitality, health, confidence, abundance, etc.). Once it's full of all the things you would like to replenish yourself with in the moment, allow it to slowly pass down over your entire body and to the center of the Earth, nourishing your aura, your body, your mind, your emotions, your cells...
Do this process as often as you like, wherever you are, for as short or as long as feels right in the moment.
It's natural for your mind to want to think/plan/project/anticipate what might occur (a 'challenge' of having forward looking information at times)...so you can utilize your brain power on focusing on life tasks you need/want to get done instead. And shifting your focus to being fully in your body (bringing your awareness into your body), as outlined above.
When the 'event' occurs, you'll know...You might think of it as a fun check-in point. To see where you are at now. Or an opportunity to shift an old pattern... or you might consider it's just more energy that needs to be processed as we raise our vibrations, for yourself or the Collective. Really one and the same.
