Message from Hello Rose:
Great love you is here for you now! This may mean a new relationship, or a deepening of an existing one. Watching your thoughts is key at this time. Card #1 is a gentle reminder to focus on what you do want (versus being in fear / anxiety / doubt of what could go wrong), which will allow your soulmate relationship to unfold naturally, synchronistically. There is someone that will help you during this period of romantic development...It may be a friend to get you out of the house and lift your spirits. It may be words of wisdom from a counselor, relative, or passing stranger. It could be someone unrelated to your relationship space (e.g. business / health / hobby spaces) to help you shift your focus so you can get into a better mindset to receive love. Be open to the people who come across your path at this time. If someone comes to mind out of the blue, reach out to them. Hear what they have to say, and check-in with your inner guidance to see if it is a special message for you (e.g. call to action).
More on Watching Your Thoughts:
It has been a life-long lesson of mine to surrender and let go of my need to make things happen, to allow for Spirit to be in the driver-seat, and wait for Divine Timing. I tended to worry a lot because I liked to know what was going to happen (no surprises). All that inner conflict, due to an underlying fear of uncertainty.
When you start to go into fear, or doubt, or worry...here are some tools that have helped me with the aforementioned tendency:
1.) Mirror Work - I highly, highly recommend an online video course, "Loving Yourself" by Louise Hay and Robert Holden, Ph.D. The power of mirror work to help heal your relationship with yourself, is truly profound. There are books I believe that will help tremendously too, however I started with the "Loving Yourself" course, and the mirror work from that course helped me to start loving myself deeply and unconditionally for the first time ever. And as you hold loving thoughts of yourself, you will start to love life and others more deeply and profoundly, and see all the ways Love is being returned to you.
2.) Affirmations - The key I've found is to find/create ones that you can believe are possible right now. Some affirmations you desire for yourself, but you actually feel bad saying them, as if they are a lie in your space. This just means you are not yet close enough to that affirmation energetically, to be able to match it. So you can add "I am willing to" (a tool I learned from the "Loving Yourself" course)...or find ones that can encourage you now, in the place you are currently at.
For example, an affirmation I started using whenever I found myself in angst about knowing the future:
- "I am willing to get comfortable with uncertainty." When that feels like an easy thing to say, you can drop the "willing to"
- "I am getting more and more comfortable with uncertainty." Watch how that really starts to lift your spirits!
- Then you can move on to something like, "I am enjoying being surprised by Life!" and it's actually a validation, rather than a target in progress.
Example affirmation to address fear of doing something wrong (with all the romantic advice out there!):
"When the time comes, I'll just know what to do. I trust myself to follow my intuition in the moment...I cannot go wrong that way."
3.) Use your negative thoughts to switch your perspective - This helps so as not to make the negative thoughts your enemy, or worse, another reason you 'prove to yourself' you aren't good enough. As soon as you recognize you are starting to spiral down with fearful, self-deprecating, or hopeless thoughts...you can do Doreen Virtue's "Cancel, Clear, Delete" and then focus on your heart chakra. Imagine a brilliant light that is you starting as a pin prick from your heart chakra getting bigger and bigger, until you are completely surrounded by that light. The light is the Infinite You / Higher Self. And every time you focus on that light, you are choosing to be conscious of that larger part of yourself...of Source. Of Love. From that place, you will remember that you are loved and cherished. That you can love and cherish yourself. That you can honor yourself and your feelings, good or bad. That you are unique. That you are special. That you are worthy, just as you are. That you are doing the best you can...and that all will be okay.
And then take action. Stretch. Walking in nature. Hug yourself. Clean your bathroom. Call a friend. Pet an animal. Meditate. Write. Whatever inspired action you receive from that place of open-hearted connection to the Divine within you, you can rest assured it will be healing and nurturing to you. It will be in the flow /synchronicity of Life, the Universe...your Soul.
Note: You can remember the wholeness of you whenever you want, and decide to take action from that space. Or you can be worried for example, and take action from a fearful, worried space (which is how what you think about (but don't want) can become your reality).
