Charity is the twin flame to Archangel Chamuel, and part of a trinity of archangels: Faith, Hope, and Charity. White Eagle is a Native American shaman and spirit guide that helps create clear channels into our bloodline and our spiritual lineage.
The reading this week is so inspiring! You're prayers have been heard and are in the process of being answered. Continue to meditate, be open to receive, and take inspired action as guided. You are clearing old wounds at the energetic and DNA level as a result of your prayers (affecting multiple lifetimes). These clearings can be made easier with the support of Charity and White Eagle, so do reach out to them this week if you feel led to. Charity reminds you to be gentle with yourself. These shifts come with growth pains (at least for now :P), so remember to have compassion (versus beating yourself up), and be okay with whatever comes up in your space. If you just observe and love yourself through it (versus observe and then judge / analyze / resist / try to fix or understand --> snowball effect), the quicker things can pass.
I felt led to pull a Mudra card to accompany this Mid-Week Oracle Update -- I <3 synchronicity! -- See below!
Mudras help shift your physical and mental bodies, so taking a 5-min break (or two) to do a mudra will help get you in tune with your physical body as well as your energetic body, and balance your body-mind-emotions. This mudra is for the root chakra (depicted by being a red card), and as the changes you are experiencing this week are quite physical, stabilizing this chakra so you can remain grounded and balanced will help so much.
After you place your hands as instructed from the card above (front/back depicted):
1.) Imagine a sacred triangle (geometric figure for stability and balance) in front of you, and notice what color it is
2.) Rotate this triangle to one side, and see it balanced there
3.) Rotate this glowing triangle again so the tip is facing down, and gently bring it into your body
4.) Visualize it getting larger and larger until it fills your entire body, and feel yourself filled with color and light
5.) Sit in this space for as long as feels right, then do your normal process for closing a meditation session
