When you would like to set aside some time to work on "Opening Your Heart" and "Forgiveness" (in general, or with a specific instance), I invite you to do the following process:
1.) Do what you need to do to get Still and Centered
2.) Put your focus on your heart chakra (center of your chest)
3.) At your own pace, direct your breath in and out of your heart chakra, noticing your heart chakra lighting up and expanding as you do so. Observe what color your heart chakra is spinning at
4.) When you see/feel/know that your heart chakra is lit up and expanded as large as it will go without forcing it; with your intention direct "Divine Love" energy to flow out from your heart chakra, to fill every cell of your body and every layer of your aura. Note: Jesus is an Ascended Master who can really support this process -- you can call on Jesus anytime for support with forgiveness, letting go, opening your heart, tuning into Love and wholeness...
5.) Observe as every cell and your entire energy field is being filled with cleansing Love, healing, forgiveness
6.) As you experience this; old hurts, resentments, and stuck energy will begin flowing from your space and down your grounding cord.
7.) When you feel ready, replenish your energy field with what you would like to have more of. Visualize a big golden sun of energy above you filling up with all the things you would like to have and then direct it down over your energy field to the center of the Earth.
8.) Close the process by re-balancing your heart chakra to the size it needs to be at to operate optimally for the rest of the day. You can set the intention for it to do so without needing to mentally know how big/small that might be. You may get a visual/knowing of what that is...if you don't that's okay too.
Nice to do: Journal about your experience, what came up, what you noticed about your energy field, how you felt before the process, and how you are feeling afterwards, etc.
Old memories, emotions, painful thoughts may surface during the process or over the following days. Do your best to let them go as they appear (vs putting more energy into them again). You can use the above process again for those specific memories or any other that feels right to you in the moment.
Positive side affects may include:
- Feeling more balanced, centered in Self
- Feeling rejuvenated
- Feeling more connected / whole
- Feeling more loving / loved / supported
- Feeling clearer, more at peace (things around you could actually look brighter physically)
- Vibrating at a higher frequency, feeling more positive and inspired
